Votiqo allows anonymous poll submissions. By submitting a poll, you confirm that your submission complies with these Terms and does not violate any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Votiqo does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-submitted content. We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.

4. Content Removal & Reporting

If you encounter a poll that you believe violates these Terms, please report it immediately by emailing support@votiqo.com with the subject line "Report Poll" and the URL of the poll in question. We will review reports and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code on Votiqo are the property of Votiqo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Votiqo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Poll results are based on public participation and are not scientifically representative.

7. Limitation of Liability
