Votiqo does not require you to create an account or log in. When you vote on a poll, we store an anonymous identifier (stored in your browser's local storage) to prevent duplicate votes. We do not link this to any personal identity.

When you submit a poll, you may optionally provide your email address. This is used solely to notify you if your poll gets featured and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and to track which polls you have already voted on. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies or local storage.

3. Google AdSense & Advertising

Votiqo uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources). This data is aggregated and anonymised. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection when submitting polls. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information as part of this verification. Please refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

6. Data Retention & Security

Vote counts and poll data are stored in a secured database. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data. If you provided an email when submitting a poll, you may request its deletion by contacting us at support@votiqo.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Votiqo is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
